“The Bach” is our newest council consented building on foundations, perfect for additional accommodation, Airbnb, second dwelling or beach get away. The Bach can be configured as a one bedroom or two bedroom space, and boasts bifold doors and windows across the whole front wall to let light flood in.
Cladding is a contemporary mix of vertical corrugate and Nordic Pine and can be customised to your style. The interior is warm and stylish with high quality Birch ply lining with custom built Birch kitchen.

Standard birch plywood kitchen with upgrade options including: HPL Italia colour range. Benchtop standard laminate with upgrade to stainless steel or crafted concrete.
Delivery
Can be delivered anywhere on the North Island.
Hot Water
26L Rheem LPG Gas Califont on demand hot water heater.
Construction
All our buildings are designed from full 90mm galvanised steel framing which will not warp, hold moisture or rot. Its stronger and lighter than timber framing and unlike timber, is completely recyclable.
Roofing
Coloursteel, trapezoid profile.
Cladding
Coloursteel, Custom Orb corrugate profile vertically fixed, upgrade options for timber cladding include: Nordic Pine, Red Cedar and Sugi.
Exterior Fixings
Stainless steel or galvanized as required.
Insulation
Floor – R1.4, Walls – R2.4, Ceilings – R3.9. For the steel framing thermal break, we go to ‘best practice’ above code and sheet the entire Tiny House with 10mm Expol polystyrene rather than the cheaper method of battens. All insulation is above NZ Building Code and the new Residential Tenancies Act standards, including the South Island and Alpine zone.
Bathroom
900 x 760 shower, flushing toilet, vanity, mirror, power outlet.
